Yeah I live in a place in Washington here called Seattle and we are usually between 75 and 84 in the summer this year according to records we've had three days that hit 90 one of them days broken record 96 degrees the old record was 95 setback in 1960 something we don't get much of is humidity here because we get off shore winds but sometimes we don't get the winds in the humidity creeps up not that uncomfortable 90% of the homes here in the Seattle area does not have AC. My condo stays about 68 and 70 all year long rarely in the winter time do I use heat but then again I'm not home for months on end.
