Newbie T3 settlement Question

Hey guys, I have a simple question for you all regarding settlement days.

Lets say I have stock ABCD and I sell on Monday August 18th. I understand that I need to wait 3 days for the funds to settle, but when does that money clear up?

Will I be able to use that cash on Thursday August 21 or Friday August 22? I'm thinking the answer is the 22nd, but I just want a confirmed answer. I've never really paid attention to when it cleared.
