Every law student, prelaw, politician, and lawyers (or even investors with experience in takeovers) would understand this company and its lack of ability to disclose info... Just waiting for my dividend check (actually brokerage account cash value for most)... It'll be the some reason they're not going to update on every court filings.

I thought the fact that the cable companies didn't deny their liability was so wonderful news... they only were claiming lack of reasonable deal (what nonsense on their part, its like committing selfdestruction they admitted they owe... but don't want to pay anything for it... lol)
