Excellent point. In fact, not only was Moskowitz CHARGED with a crime, but HE PLED GUILTY OF FRAUD. We are still waiting on his sentencing. It MIGHT be light because he wore a wire and supposedly tried to help incriminate Metter, but that effort was totally unsuccessful. The DOJ botched the case by mishandling Metter's hard drives.
