Just noted: a 250,000 trade at the Bid: It looks like a sell, but it is Shorters buying to cover, imo.

The pps is presently in a Long Squeeze, so the Short Sellers can buy on the Bid side. Because it is on the Bid side, the trades don't necessarily force the price up.

In a Short Squeeze, the Shorters buy to cover on the Ask side which does force the pps up.

JMO.
