I think the system makes it too easy for lazy and/or fraudulent CEOs...

I think Vic has NEVER filed any legal documentation on time!

The SEC should implement a new regulation.

Only 2 successive late filings allowed


If more then the company should be automatically delisted and only allowed in the GREYS!

It is ridiculous.
