I note that Probe had to make a few accommodations during their drilling to combat the noise from drilling. The Brunswick "on reservation" area is right off hwy 101 and apparently Borden Lake drilling by Probe could be heard from the reservation.

I have done some searches on the web and don't see any concerns in the nature of the relationship between Probe and the First Nations.

Seems like SRSR negotiated a similar arrangement.

Looks like Probe's exploration ramped up considerably after their arrangement.
