I know as a fact....FACT....that FINRA and SEC have been looking for over a year and it started at the top of FINRA. I have no clue why this is still trading but penknee is right it takes for ever for the final bell to ring on these scams. They are grossly understaffed and under funded. Its NOT because its not a scam let me make that perfectly clear, there are just guide lines and proceedures that are followed and they are tedious. MDBX will end up halted and probably jail for Vinny. With his litany of felonies they will show no mercy.
