also Im not seeing any reverse splits in their rear view...historically it looks as though they've tried to make things happen in other ways. There's times when RSing makes sense but Im generally not a fan

Im still digging and am no where near done but off the top of my head I like Nestbuilder....I recognize that site. I dont know how large of a stream it generates but it makes $$ on a couple fronts (both in broker/agent fees and advertising)
