I would hope that the all the named Defendants realize by now the hoplesnees of their situation, and their company's-----both the business and personal liabilities that they will all face here. A jury can be very unforgiving, and stern if they are allowed to decide and then punish the defendants and indemnify TMMI with millions in a money judgement award. The personal liability is staggering for each of the defendant.
