Are there theives running this company?

They sell off over 700 mil of Gulf of Mexico assets yet there liabilities (debts) don't go down and there cash on hand doesn't go up.

What happened to the money? I've got a pretty good idea, but would like to hear what others think.....

This is probably the WORST management team in the oil & gas exploration and drilling sector. Bought in 3 times and now have an average price of 5.61. Hopefully writing monthly covered calls will eventually get me to a point when I can get out of this turd close to even.
