Esparza Klan is running this scam along with Coleridge and DeWitt the same people that orchestrated the 200:1 that wiped out all the share holders of VKML which is now UPOT.

Evidently they have a DEAL with Moreno to keep his mouth shut about the insider trading that went on before the 200:1 split because Moreno has all the dirt on Coleridge and DeWitt that they do not want released.

Esparza klan know they are dealing with con artists, but its all good.
