Company info on I-Hub header may be out of date?

Not sure who/how that info above, all the stuff about the company gets updated- but I think at least some of the BOD/Officer's ages are out of date and I don't think that statement about "Richard T. Spencer resigned" and all needs to be there anymore- as that's quite dated IMO and Comella is now a permanent BOD members as far as I know from latest filings?

Here is from the last 10-K, Page 67:

So, if that was as of Dec 31st, 2013 per the 10-K (8 months ago) and it has for example Tomas as being 48 yrs old, Murphy as being 90 yrs old, etc. And again, I don't know if they ever had an "annual meeting" but by all indications I think Comella is permanent on the BOD now, so the *"Richard Spencer" wording can probably be removed IMO. In that 2013 end of yr 10-K, they didn't even put Richard Spencer in the table of the Officers/BOD and no "*" notation about him was included. It straight up lists Comella as on the BOD now, no "*" or sub note.

I don't think the I-HUB header info quite matches. No major biggy items- but the closer it matches, it's just more accurate. Not sure who updates that?
