Just business my man. It has nothing to do with buying shares lower in my case and I am not a bidder. I made a point the other day that seasonal year over year should be considered over Q to Q. Now the report shows that both are down. The pps never fell to trips way back when because the company was making deals with the Kardashians and Mel B. That will get anyone's attention absent of revenue. Remember back then too. CSTI was dumping millions down to .0014 where it finally found it's way only AFTER the company stopped with the star chasing share disbursements and focused on revenue growth. That growth has stopped it seems. I commend the CEO for trying new things but IMO, you don't need 10 web sites (Q2 2014 expense $ below) any more than Lululemon does. Stick with one thing and do it well. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. There are many successful online companies that sell womens fashions. Emulating them or better their concept to capturing market share. I think the company carries far more merchandise than it needs because it wants a storefront. I do understand the cost saving having the storefront and fulfillment center together. I argue the rent expenses are far too high and they could run this out of a cheap warehouse for a fraction and never see a customer. Online only cause that's what they do. The storefront concept has never worked because the product is quite unique imo. Not saying there isn't a market. If I could sell 1.2 million in legging per year with this margin, I would be happy. The trick is turning a profit doing it. wink JMHO

OnLine Websites expense Q2 2014
56,530.19

Look at the rent related expenses in Q2 2014.

Corporate Offices
11,907.69
Melrose
13,800.00
Rent Expense Lease
Other
33,104.04
Total Rent Expense Lease
58,811.73

Inventory asset Q2 2014 626,210.32
Inventory asset Q1 2014 599,266.82

Look at last years inventory asset Q2 2013 at 585,250.39. They had roughly the same inventory but twice the sales. I have an opinion on why that is the case.
