On the flip side of things in CIRC's favor, as you quote 'Playboy EVER let CIRC control this part of their organization because they know it is extremely profitable. They will not allow the rights to go to CIRC.' It's not up to Playboy on whether CIRC will be awarded PAST and CURRENT profits. I believe the PBED can be a very profitable venture for both Playboy and CIRC and Cirtran knows this as well. It's in the judges hands now and I believe CIRC knows how much monetary damage has been done these past 5 years. It's in Playboys best interest to come to a solution on this or PAY BIG IN THE END. Playboy tried to sever their connection from the co-defendants and the courts struck that down. It's been a VERY LONG process and who knows it could take even longer than we think but in the end CIRC will be in much better financial shape I think. All in my opinion.
