Both sides have a convincing story on the 336 patent. The jury last year did not give us a strong win. The case is to close to call.

IMO, if we were to win the 336, there is a lot more money in the 336 then in the 890 patent.

There is no inside info on this 336 appeal.

Even if we win, the Teva Supreme court case ruling may reverse it early next year.
