I think what Sparkle is trying to convey to you pessimists, is that if they didn't have the legalities hanging over their heads from the past five years battling in courts over the right to manufacture PBED or not, they could already be very successful at manufacturing AND selling the PBED. PLAYBOY and Jimmy Esebag pulled the rug right out from under CIRC. And the courts see it that way too
