Dale C -- beyond that even relatively fresh/recent memories can be, and frequently are, highly mediated (for example the strongly emergent research that eyewitness testimony is very unreliable and often flat wrong, to the point that jury instructions are being affected in vertain cases and some are even arguing that at least in certain cases/instances it shouldn't be allowed into evidence, or at least should not alone should be sufficient to support/sustain a case to go to the trier of fact), I meant in charge of what, and how, you think -- not of what your experience has been or your recall of it
