What's your point? I don't care who increased the AS

If it was wrong 5 years ago, it is still wrong today. I care who filed the AS increase because it matters given Tom Gaffney was under investigation by the SEC and FBI in 2009 and only increased the share structure in 2010. Almost a year later.

I will wait for a full reconciliation and resolution of HESG's Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares, and Float.

By the way, the previous TA "Transfer Online" was gagged in 2009-2011 so shareholders were left in the dark until the new Transfer Agent "Pacific Stock Transfer" got involved.
