MDBX doesn't have to worry about that, they don't sell any machines. If you read the actual patent you'll see that some of it is based on others ideas (like many patents). Don't think MDBX and ERBB invented this technology by themselves, companies have been making vending machines for decades and they certainly didn't invent biometrics.
