Only the law suit against them, which is a counter law suit is mentioned in the 10/Q. The two law suits where they are the plaintiffs are not mentioned. It seems that the 10/Q “Legal Proceedings” is only for lawsuits against them, to show a possibility of them losing money. In the lawsuits against CEEG/CSUN and BAODING TIANWEI SSOL is not being counter sued so it must not need to be mentioned.
