LOL!! That's not how it works. By that reasoning every pink sheet company who doesn't provide value for the stock they issue should have that stock cancelled. Is that your belief?

Unfortunately individual shareholders don't get to make the AS decision. Kinda funny thinking of the SEC trying to sort through 20 billion shares that have been traded for years. But the verifiable Fact is there was a simple LEGAL filing to the Florida SOS. The stock has been issued, handed out, and traded.

The consideration provided by them is zero so the increases to the Authorized Shares are unwarranted and Ultra Vires
