Ok, but where is this official writing ? Not from other company like FFGO... From HGLC. I don't know american rules, but is it stranger that without explaining the company stopped its business.

The fraud was before new managment. I understand that last management bought the company via shares or NO ? Where is the assets ? When the company is public trade, shareholders have rights to know, what happened. I am waiting for some release.
