100% Correct - Value Investor - care to explain yourself? Why in the world do you think ARNH is undervalued. Here are my opinions - how about sharing yours:

Arnh has a current market value of just over $800k with over 4 billion shares outstanding. This is a very hefty value for a company that as far as I can see has no revenue, no ongoing business etc. $800k for a shell is a lot. Now, factor in all of the preferred shares and it sure seems like arnh is over valued - even at .0001. Of course this is just my opinion. They also have a track record of reverse splits - wonder if one is on the horizon. Here is their reverse split history.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500000 split Pay date=12/10/2008.
Capital Change=shs increased by 200 for 1 split Ex-date=12/15/2008. Rec date=12/12/2008. Pay date=12/12/2008.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1000 split Pay date=01/06/2012.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2500 split. Ex-date=01/04/2013.

I would sure be interested to hear your take on why you think arnh is undervalued.

My opinions as always.
