yes... it is a bad thing...

why

#1 ... ungs, artemis or whoever is involved (so confusing an so unproffesional, about 10 different company names involved!?)

is NOT REVENUE producing

#2 .. up & coming... weed vending machines is so 2013 ... erbb, avtc, mdbx... ungs/artemis will be a LATE COMER to this indusrty

#3.. if a 10 dollar a shr company buys a 1 dollar a share company (scam or not).... the 1 dollar stock soars... and the 10 dollar stock slumps... that is just plain historical fact....
