It is too bad Buyers are too afraid to get these cheap shares of CAPC at the ASK and BURN whomever has been/is manipulating this for the last 2 weeks.
It is extremely evident what is happening .
The financials and future of CAPC are Exceptional.

A low volume stock such as this can be manipulated.
Manipulation is happening Because of the Potential Upside of CAPC - CAPC Upside is Huge
CAPC traded on strict Supply and Demand until about 2 weeks ago when same MM showed up and Boxed Bid/Ask.
Ask kept pushing down lower and Lower
Fear is instilled in Shareholders and some sell. Price then goes lower on 5 -10 K sells.
100k share buys were coming in to Buy CAPC in the 5s and 6s
Now Fear through manipulation has shown up.


CAPC Fundamentals are Strong and better than they were when this traded recently at .07.

I hope whomever is currently manipulating CAPC gets burned big time.
