Think about it, they have promised the EPC report for 18 months and still haven't completed it. They refuse to provide an update or leadtime for the report, if they can't get their sh*t together for a report that while complex is absolutely a standard day to day activity for an engineering firm then what happens when the real activity like manufacturing the buildings, installing the plants, and producing product takes place? Would you pay more than six cents for a share of that stock, well neither will other investors.

Trust me I am committed and long on BION, but the EPC report had me puzzled when not released in June or July and now I am beginning to suspect there is a greater risk than anyone thought. We are 3 – 4 months into Amec having the funding to complete the report, even if it isn’t done they most certainly could provide an estimated completion date with a fair degree of accuracy. There are few reasons they aren’t doing that, and it none of them are good.
