They have had ATM ongoing and complemented it with financing. Prove me wrong, but I doubt they will let the rising pps go by without doing an offering. Previously I've posted suspicions they were behind the little pump in order to get better price on offering. Hope not for shareholders. We'll see.

Still no shares.
