Good news to take away: 1. We actually have a positive stockholder's equity. I usually see it as a negative on the balance sheet of pink sheet companies. 2. The loss for the first 6 months is on pace to be about the same as last year, and is not bad for a pink sheet company.

Bad news take away: They gave 23 million shares away the first 6 months this year to pay for expenses.
