Fatigue, other opportunities, you name it.
All lot of people bought a lot of stock today.
The dtcc chill has been a thorn in our side.
We have been through two firms to get it resolved.

It was clear that the dividend would follow, occur after, the company's financial
statements were brought current with the SEC.
We have not yet completed that task. Once we are current, we will take the
