CR Bard Inc. (BCR) Best Candidate To Buy IsoRay (ISR)

CR Bard Inc. (BCR) could buy IsoRay (ISR) sometime before the end of 2014. They are considered to be the top contender to buy IsoRay due to the successful use of Cesium-131 in their cancer studies. CR Bard is in the same business as IsoRay and it would only make since that they would aquire another company that has a competing product and would effect CR Bard's I-125 & Pal-103 Isotopes. The real question however is how much would CR Bard pay to aquire IsoRay?

CR Bard has roughly $1 Billion in cash & a market value of around $11 Billion with an amazing 25% profit margin that they sure would see diminish if they dont buy Isoray soon. I for one expect CR Bard to pay cash for the company in the amount of arund $750 Million which would be around $13.80 a share. I am of course being conservative with that amount and could be alot more since IsoRRay has done all the work with FDA Approvals & Clinical Studies.
