And the doubts--like mine--deal in the realm of reality. Ebola is kicking butt and taking names. When governments and WHO are spending precious resources on activities such as mass graves and stopping attacks on health care workers, spending a couple hundred million on improvements to health infrastructure take a back seat, which is, of course, unfortunate for Kallo.
