8-K today - high volume - Material Definitive Agreement

Why is no one discussing this??? Who would buy under that agreement? Is it a CYA move? Are they going to spin back up and rake it in after the price dropped so low? Plus the sites are all up and there is no bankruptcy filed. What is up? I do not want to engage the press, SEC, FTC, AGs, lawyers etc until I know they won't come back and tell me things are up in the air.
