Shouldn't this concern you more?

The complaint alleges that Lions Gate and certain of its executives violated federal securities laws by failing to disclose and/or misrepresenting the existence of an SEC investigation, the prospect of legal proceedings associated with the alleged misconduct under investigation, and the exposure of the Company to loss in connection with said investigation and alleged misconduct.
