CAPC is a penny stock though, with traders providing the liquidity for the "investors" to sell shares should some funds be required. PUMA is controlling the pps IMO this week leading the Ask and Bid that has a big spread. All those who are selling right now are aiding the short selling. If investors know what they have then they won't mind waiting for the Q3 and Q4 filings to prove CAPC Revenue and profit are increasing.

Do I think it's traders selling right now? Nope. Why would they sell in the $.03s when we've been in the $.04s and $.05s for months? CAPC has lighting products and new products to add to the line up at the big box retailers. I can wait until 2015 at this point to see the great progress.
