The best thing a management can hope for are shareholders who are team players. When RLTR got Sony and Disney that was the end of the team playing. When investors realized it alone wasn't going to turn them into millionaires they pointed fingers at management and it hasn't subsided. Before the "top shelf" content arrived everybody thought it was the holy grail, that if RLTR got top shelf content we'd be shooting upward like Netflix. It didn't happen and folks wanted to blame.
Not that I wasn't disappointed, I was. And sure the management could have been more perfect. But that is the reason. It might have something to do with the general constant negative attitude and complaining here. There is really nothing that they can do to make old shareholders happy. And negativity is actually self perpetuating.
I'm actually of the mindset that management should reverse this stock and rid itself of old shareholders. Unfortunately that would hurt me too, since I'm a shareholder.
There is probably a lot more coming. I'm almost sure of it. We can say I have a hunch. But until shareholders can get behind management then nothing will happen to the stock. If RLTR can find additional new shareholders, who aren't tainted by this negativity then it'll be very good. Unfortunately, there are folks whose sole mission is to stress and turn new shareholders against the company.
If you want the stock to rise, you have to pick a team.
