Do you really think that these other 27 people were stealing the codec? Amazing. Reviewing the history, this was done with TMMI's support, blessing and the assistance of their infamous pump and dump. TMMI was broke and couldn't buy anything or pay their bills. They were at the top limit of their authorized shares so a private placement couldn't be done for more financing (unlike what we're witnessing now).

TMMI had promised preferred shares for this effort (there's that back alley deal Jay), didn't honor their promise and this caused the grief that we're seeing today.

As usual, current TMMI shareholders blame these 29 shareholders versus pointing the finger in the right direction.
