hes: Yes, you have and this info needs to be stickied. But, since a moderator can only sticky one post, I'll put this info (or link to your post here), in the board Intro.

As well in the board intro, I'll put a copy of this, which I've already shared as well (please, people who haven't, do some DD and at least read through all of the posts to catch up...can't believe this needs to be addressed again):

...and a copy of the Keyon Communications, Inc. (NV - subsidiary of KEYO) NV status...

...both of which, combined, lead to a very logical conclusion outlined in the top sticky on this board.

Tie that to the fact that Dr. SS waited more than two years since closing Keyon Communications, Inc.'s doors (see notice below) and letting its business license expire, to reinstate it then formally dissolve it two months later while at the same time dissolving the parent company, KEYO (Holdings, Inc. - DE) versus what he did w/ Raptor Networks Technologies, Inc. (RPTN).

What did he do w/ RPTN the same time as KEYO, in the summer of 2011?

He case anybody missed it, he approached Tom W., CEO of RPTN at the time and worked out a deal to buy all of his/Raptor's patents, RPTN tanked at that news, then the company was divested to an investment group which focused on transformational healthcare and its public shell was sold five months later, in December 2011.

Right at that same time (12/11), he put Tom W. in charge of KEYO (which again, he bought at the same time as his involvement w/ RPTN) to, in Tom W.'s own words, "Guid(ed) Company through a business rationalization, comprehensive financial restructuring, asset divestiture and orderly wind-down.

But, what Dr.SS did NOT do was sell the KEYO shell.

That fact BEGS THE QUESTION(S)...

WHY did Dr.SS sell the RPTN shell yet hold onto KEYO?

WHY did Dr.SS wait over two years to reinstate Keyon Communications, Inc. (NV subsidiary) then turn around two months later the dissolve it?

WHY at that same time did he formally dissolve it's parent company, KEYO?

WHY was this all not done two years ago?

We can all agree that KEYO is now a clean shell. Right?

So, if not Dr.SS, then WHO will he sell it to?

KEY is, it will be sold or used, period. It's a shell owned by the richest person in LA, the richest doctor in the world and one of the most highly respected minds on the planet today...

Do we NOT think that if he put it on the market (which, if he's not going to use it himself, that's the next LOGICAL step for the KEYO clean, empty shell) to sell that he could NOT sell it in a heartbeat?

So, ergo, one way or another, the KEYO shell WILL BE USED by someone.

Point here is, the most LOGICAL someone is The Good Doc himself.

p.s. - I've laid out WHY it LOGICALLY APPEARS that KEYO is being lined up to be Dr.SS's vehicle to take Nant(blank) public.

So, now, for the "devil's advocate" POV...somebody, please, w/ facts/links/cogent-insight, please tell me WHY it does NOT appear that KEYO is being lined up to be Dr.SS's vehicle to take Nant(blank) public?

p.s.s. - Gotta love how an apparent "sale" of less than 2K shares yesterday caused BOTH the BID and ASK to be raised today. A sign of a TRULY LOW-FLOAT STOCK!

GO KEYO!!!
