With what we know about the buyout of DFI by TMMI, why would TMMI spend the money and time to do this when reportedly DFI had only two shareholders that were paid off (Simpson and Haskins)? Check the Quartley Reports,those shares were given back!!.
Therefore, why was this done? I wonder if TMMI is trying to pay off all of the other former DFI shareholders? It has been rumored that Simpson brought in a whole bunch of other shareholders to DFI in spite of their original charter only allowing so many shares to be available.More hearsay;There were only 4 original investors, then came the 29 venture capitalists!!.Guess who loses with even a settlement.Not the 4 original investors!!.My guess,those 29 plus venture capitalists, which has grown to 100 people now will be the BIG LOSERS!!. LLOLs Question?. Is Larry Panik being truthful to all your investors about what really happen?.That's the million dollar question!!. I don't think we'll ever know the real truth, it's gone on, way to long.!!

Therefore is TMMI still covering up Simpson's former sins, on the back of the current shareholders? If not, there is no explainable reason to go through the legal and financial costs to do this.TMMI is doing this to protect their shareholders and shelve the VDK 2.0 as plan from the beginning, and protect their intellectual property that TMMI owns 100% of, also further secure "The Company's" patents,from Iterated Systems, Inc that are active with the current codec,and run through 2015 and 2018 !!.
