there is no link and there is no such documentation that I can find, anyone I know can find, that exists

That's the spirit! Just because you can't figure out how to find the type of disclosure that is in the exact same section of the filing in each and every filing, then it must be a false lie.

This is just so sad. Well, I suppose the adage of "It's better to teach a man to fish than to always give him fish" isn't valued, so let's just go ahead and have you cheat and copy off my test paper, OK? Will that make you happy?

The disclosures are in the Q1 10Q (duh, people) and begin on page 44 in the section titled "UNREGISTERED SALES OF EQUITY SECURITIES" -- where such diclosures ALWAYS are in each and every Q/K.

Specifically, here they are all copied and pasted all pretty for you:

In January 2014, the Company issued an aggregate of 4,830,000 shares of restricted common stock to nine (9) investors in a private placement of shares. The purchase price of the shares was an aggregate of $241,500.

In February 2014, the Company issued an aggregate of 5,242,937 shares of restricted common stock to 13 investors in a private placement of shares. The purchase price of the shares was an aggregate of $282,013.

In March 2014, the Company issued an aggregate of 6,760,000 shares of restricted common stock to eleven (11) investors in a private placement of shares. The purchase price of the shares was an aggregate of $350,500.

And in the "SUBSEQUENT EVENTS" section on page 25, we see this disclosure:

From April 1, 2014 to May 20 2014, we issued 2,776,993 shares of common stock in a private subscription sale , for $159,378 in cash

In addition, as I stated, this is NOT "new" news. Just like the Ironridge PR, this breakout of PIPE shares by month (which still sucks because every other financing transaction is broken out by specific date) is stale news -- and these monthly breakouts have been included in several of my posts over the past couple of months, so why everyone is in such a tizzy now is beyond me. I suppose it further goes to show that the holders of the PIPE shares couldn't care less about SCRC's financials as it is irrelevant to them and their P&D approach to their .05 stock.

But just for giggles, here is the first time I mentioned these disclosures (and even not only said they were from the 10Q but even copied and pasted for your viewing pleasure):
