An interesting Tidbit from the most recent 10-q RE: Status of the suit and countersuit with the old CRO:

A smallish step in our company's favor as regards the potential lawsuits and claims against inventive? I'll let you judge for yourselves:

On December 12, 2013, inVentiv filed a counterclaim, alleging breach of contract on the part of the Company and seeking at least $2 million in damages. On December 20, 2013, inVentiv moved to dismiss certain claims. On June 24, 2014, the arbitrator denied inVentiv’s motion to dismiss. Given that this matter is at a preliminary stage, the Company is not in a position to predict or assess the likely outcome of these proceedings.

So at least there is mention of some state of movement in these legal proceedings, and that bit of movement was NOT against CVM's side of the issue.

Legal issues move ponderously slowly even on a good day.
