Well, considering that DEWM's registration company moved ...

DEWM's Las Vegas address at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 700 (North end of the Vegas Strip) was the address of the company that handles their Nevada corporate registration, Nevada Corporate Registration Inc (NCHINC).

That company moved in late July to a new location about 9 miles to the West, at 2730 South Fort Apache Rd, Suite 300, and DEWM's Nevada corporate registration has been changed to reflect that fact. (Note that Moran's PO Box is the same as NCHINC's).

BTW, the NCHINC website still shows the convention center tower, not the smaller, but still nice, building on S Fort Apache.

My contention is that NCHIC's offices at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 700 are now empty, or hold a new tenant.

If I'm correct, then DEWM's HQ address on the website needs to be changed to 2730 South Fort Apache Rd, Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV
