Call this blatant pumping (Im sure someone will)---but I choose to look at this as a positive.Eco has been so tight lipped,I dont think the mention of the "qualifying PO" potentially leading to a substantial order would be made now if it were not close to fruition.My WILD SPECULATION---- "substantial" may be conservative.
