Another thing I learned about my Research on Playbeverages and Cirtran Beverage law suit against playboy international and others and their businesses, in talking with the records admin support person when I asked if I could share this knowledge of the public records and it's content on a message board with other shareholders, the answer was as long as it was factual and that the courts could subpoena the fictitious poster to provide evidence of posts and the intention was not to influence the price of the stock and take advantage, in their opinion. Since anybody could hand over their drivers license, take possession of the file or electronic files that had been scanned, it was not insider information.
