$20K, $10K are comprehensible considering a lower average if the other properties don't have the same concentrations ("results of drilling and chemical analysis") as the ones in Salar de Maricunga. But $5 per acre (?????).

He said it and he's accountable for it. Either he was laying to investors or he is selling the concessions under the table. Most probable is the second because other concessions in Salar de Maricunga confirm the findings.
