Pennystocks forever is pumping this

Special Report: FOFU

One of the most exciting industries right now is MMJ and it has been making headlines all year long.

We now have 22 states and D.C that have enacted laws to legalize medical marijuana and more states could be on the way. Both Colorado and Washington are also allowing the recreational use of MJ.

The industry is on fire and FOFU is up to some very exciting stuff that could get it recognized fast.

The company is quickly trying to infiltrate the industry.

It was just this past June that FOFU completed the acquisition of Café Serendipity Inc. making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Link: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/force-fuels-acquires-franchisor-cafe-091500822.html

The idea is fresh and could be great for the company.

Through Cafe Serendipity, FOFU plans to market a unique branded product line of accessories, apparel, coffee and teas, bakery and other edibles, lotions, MJ and oils through a coast to coast franchise and dealer network to the recreational and the approximately 6000 existing legal medical marijuana dispensaries in the USA.

15-20 years ago, gourmet coffee houses decided to build a franchise network. Look at how well Starbucks is doing today because of that concept.

A long the lines of this strategy, FOFU wants to bring in professional management and brand builders to build out a franchise network of 2,000 to 3,000 nationwide retail stores.

FOFU immediately plans to start selling franchise territories in Colorado and Washington, while also taking deposits for parties wishing to lock in a territory while waiting for new states to come online.

Back in January, Colorado became the first state ever to make marijuana legal recreation-ally.

How well has the state's marijuana sales been going so far? Recreational and medical cannabis sales in the first four months of 2014 equaled about $200 million and Colorado's Gov. John Hickenlooper estimated that the state's marijuana industry could reach $1 billion in sales in the next fiscal year!

Just this month FOFU signed its first franchise agreement for a recreational marijuana cafe store branded Cafe Serendipity in Colorado!

Under the agreement Cafe Serendipity is to receive an initial franchise fee of $25,000, product sales, as well as significant monthly royalties on top line revenues generated at the store.

This marks the first initial milestone whereby Cafe Serendipity plans to roll out fully branded stores coast to coast through a franchise network.
One of the most complex issues that the marijuana industry faces right now is businesses figuring out how to get paid.

Federal laws conflict with states rights laws that have legalized marijuana thereby leaving the businesses out of the banking system. Banks would be in violation of the federal banking laws by receiving deposits of marijuana sales.

Last month FOFU announced that it has developed a mobile app and a widget that will allow consumers of medical and recreational marijuana at stores to transact business by using Bitcoins.

It is a seamless transaction that will allow the businesses to accept Bitcoins and convert that into US dollars to deposit to their business bank through FOFU's branded process.

This is a patent pending process and the Company plans to market this solution under its proprietary brand Bit eXpress.

FOFU has a lot going on and all these developments are fairly recent so make sure to look through all of the company's news.
