Whether you got lied or not doesnt matter he could do anything he wants it was not in writing and I would have to go on your word as document of the truth as I did talk to him several times rs never came up so I was going on yours and other posters word that there wasnt going to be a rs.. If it was brought up under your meetings with others I find that to be inside information or he would too.. That would just get denied under court and you and others would get in trouble as well imo.. So it is what it is and we got hosed but there are still questions of the value of the assets..
