Technically, China Gate's agreement is with IPA, not VSPC. But if China Gate doesn't keep buying from the Inventor, then the Inventor could not "renew" China Gate's license agreement. IPA nor VSPC would have any recourse "agin" China Gate or the Inventor.
So why does anyone think Drax or DP would build a plant to run on GKG that comes through VSPC when without notice the (ahem) license to the grass could suspended without notice?
This isn't much of an agreement........
