drugmanrx, people that bought SPNGQ or other penny stocks do not own a part of the company or are entitled to the assets;

If that were true; common shareholders would be also forced to pay the Liabilities of the company.

So many people made big money buying SPNG stock and selling it higher than they bought it for. Those who bought SPNG stock and never sold it are owed nothing because they had the same option.
