You are correct MAXIMUS,there is nothing here in the definition of fraud.FSPM is continuing to produce the pods and are delivering scheduled deliveries to customers.I believe because of personal experience that a patent approval is eminent.They have heard something by now.May have to tweak a few things in order to satisfy the patent office.
Understand,if they were really screwed by the SEC and were involved in an illegal activity months ago,
along with no chance of getting the patent,Dittman,(FSPM) would have been gone by now.
I believe the SEC got a few phone calls from investors concerning the timeline of FSPM's financials
but thats about it.This has nothing to do with PHOT'S issues.We would know that by now.No,i think there has been sort of a witch hunt going on by the SEC in the new MJ sector.
FSPM is a tremendous value at this time.
